PM72697: Getting view list in CTE checkedout perspective causes a deadlock with RSARTE

Error description

• Clicking on the 'arrow' beside the magnifying glass in the
  checkedout perspective of IBM Rational ClearTeam Explorer (CTE)
  brings up the dialogue 'Getting list of views'. If this is done
  on a IBM Rational Software Architect RealTime Edition (RSARTE)
  controlled model, RSARTE realizes a file has changes and opens
  the dialogue 'The model has been changed on the file system. Do
  you want to load the changes. Click 'Reload''. This causes a
  deadlock in RSARTE and CTE so none of the dialogues respond.
