Error description

• When running FM/IMS batch IXB function, and the step receives an
  IMS Batch Region Abend U0850, the File Manager IXB step
  completes with a condition code of zero.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: IMS terminates abnormally during an     *
  *                      extract, but the extract returns a zero *
  *                      completion code. The problem occurs     *
  *                      when the extract uses criteria.         *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  Extract should return a nonzero completion code when IMS abends.
  

Problem conclusion

• The FM/IMS Extract has been modified to return a completion code
  of 16 when IMS terminates abnormally.
