PM72441: Setting the maximum file age for a job log on the job class definition causes job logs to be erroneously deleted.

Error description

• Customer can not view joblogs via the GUI and the job scheduler
  is throwing errors. The problem is that the job log age is being
  incorrectly calculated; therefore, the code is erroneously
  deleting valid job logs. Also, this APAR fixes the
  NullPointerException in the BatchFileLoggerInfo.
