  Found the following confilict among the ptf history:
  < UK67437>
  This ptf includes the new CSQXBPSG object module.
  ...
  < UK68781>
  This ptf includes JCLIN for CSQXRCTL with new 'INCLUDE' and
  'ORDER' statements for CSQXBPSG and so on.
  But this ptf does no provide with new CSQXBPSG object module and
  this ptf does not require UK67437 as PRE-REQ.
  So applying this ptf does not cause to include CSQXBPSG in
  CSQXRCTL.

  And this ptf supercedes UK67437.

  With applying UK68781, but without applying UK67437 nor UK73196,
  applying the ptfs UK64889, UK65230, UK65609, UK68171, UK68220,
  UK70358, UK70860, UK72159 and UK73720 failed, because of
  IEW2470E for 'ORDER CSQXBPSG' statement when linkediting the
  CSQXRCTL load module.
  Applying UK68781 requires UK67437 or UK73196 as PREREQ or COREQ.
  This shoud be a PE because UK68781 does not have PREREQ nor
  COREQ neither.

             LIBRARY. THE RETURN CODE (12) EXCEEDED THE ALLOWABLE
             VALUE. DATE 12.215 - TIME 14:29:46 - SEQUENCE NUMBER
             000024 - SYSPRINT FILE SMP00005.
  and
  IEW2322I 1220  198    INCLUDE SMPLTS(CSQXRCTL)      SEQ # 000024
  IEW2322I 1220  199    NAME CSQXRCTL(R)      MAX ACCEPTABLE RC=04
  IEW2470E 9511 ORDERED SECTION CSQXBPSG NOT FOUND IN MODULE.
  IEW2638S 5384 AN EXECUTABLE VERSION OF MODULE CSQXRCTL EXISTS
  AND CANNOT BE REPLACED BY THE NON-EXECUTABLE MODULE JUST CREATED
  The section CSQXBPSG was added to CSQXRCTL by PTF UK67437 which
  was not listed as a prereq of UK68781.
  This problem could also happen when applying UK77532, which
  should have UK74579 as a prereq.
  

Problem conclusion

• This fix references modules in all apars that changed JCLIN and
  includes the latest version of the HMS7010J.
