Problem summary

• SSL REQUESTS ARE SERIALIZED AND SOME HANG MAY OCCUR.

  Before this update, some SSL requests may hang when a distant
  partner took too much time to answer while handshake was
  occuring.
  

Problem conclusion

• As others processes in Connect:Express, SSL process is now
  multi-processes/threads and can handle more than one SSL
  handshake at a time. Hang for a  slow  partner will only
  affect one transfer.
