Error description

• Problem summary:
  The HourGlass AGGELIG module references a data table, located in
  the top of the AGGFRONT module, that contains pointers to
  various data items used by several HourGlass modules.  In the
  reported case, processing for a time request abended because the
  pointer to the AGGFRONT module was no longer valid because
  HourGlass was in the process of terminating.
