    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: SQLCODE-518 and SQLCODE-514 in an       *
    *                      FM/DB2 editor session, with the         *
    *                      following conditions:                   *
    * 1. The editor row count value is set *
    *                          to ALL (also 0, *).                 *
    * 2. The EXPORT editor primary command *
    *                          is issued.                          *
    *                      3.  A large scroll command is issued,   *
    * eg to the top or bottom of the *
    *                          result table.                       *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF. *
    ****************************************************************
    The EXPORT process issues a DB2 COMMIT, which closes the
    scrollable cursor used by the FM/DB2 editor in "large" mode.
    After the export is complete subsequent attempts to scroll
    result in the SQLCODE-518 and SQLCODE-514 errors.
