Error description

• Rich hover does not activate on tasks in a graphical artifact
  when the task is in a lane and surrounded by connectors.

  The problem is that the z-index gets messed up when tasks
  are in a lane, because the connector divs (which are in
  reality large square images) are being rendered in top level
  elements in the viewer whereas the tasks are being rendered
  from within the lane element (which is a top-level element).
  

Problem conclusion

• It was necessary to change the z-order for lanes in the
  converter so that it was the same as for connectors.
