PM72107: Drag function symbols onto Functions diagram cause SA 11.4.2 OOM crash

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Client is using SA 11.4.2, they have following problem:
  
  In client's encyclopedia, there is a Functions diagram which
  contains several hundred symbols, when client drag about 30
  functions onto this diagram,  SA will report an 'out of global
  memory' error after running several minutes.
  
  Workaround:
  
  Drag a smaller number of nodes onto the diagram at a time,
  saving after each.

• Fixed.
  Crash no longer happens on dragging items onto repcon

  operation.
