PM71881: TO PARAMETER DOESN'T WORK FOR BPA REPORTS

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer would like to generate BPA Batch reports with different
  possible intervals but can't control JCL parameter TO. At that
  interval of input data (STATIME on DSNZPARM) is 15 min.
