Unable to connect to RTC via Bugzilla bug report import in Eclipse Client using RTC 3.0.1.1 RTC Version/Build Label : 3.0.1.1 Client OS Vendor : Windows 7 Database Vendor : DB2 Database Server OS Vendor :AIX Repository OS Vendor : AIX 6.1 Java Version/JVM Used : Application Server : Tomcat Summary of Problem including exact error messages: Customer is unable to import components out of Bugzilla into RTC 3.0.1.1. Full Description : Unable to import components out of Bugzilla into RTC 3.0.1.1. While trying to import into RTC using 3.0.1.1 Eclipse client and cannot connect/login to bug to Bugzilla. On the Import Bugzilla Bug Reports wizard, if you select 'Server requires authentication' and Use Basic HTTP Authentication. You would get the below mentioned error: ************* An error occured during import of work items. Press 'Details' to get more information on the errors. Reason: Bug 1573: Unexpected content, please check Bugzilla URL and authentication. *********** This is already reported as a defect and is resolved in 4.0. ?Expected result? The import of WorkItems should go through as expected. ?Actual result? The import of WorkItems fails and the customer can't even login.
