Error description

• Receive the following message when starting up FM/DB2
  and selecting option 1 (View) -
  
  DSNT404I SQLCODE = 4726, WARNING:  the statement was
  successfully prepared, but it cannot be executed because user
  does not have SELECT privilege on object SYSIBM.SYSUSERAUTH but
  has EXPLAIN privilege

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  The warning SQLCODE+4726 issued when a PREPARE is attempted
  against SYSIBM.SYSUSERAUTH is erroneously considered to be
  a terminating error.  The EXPLAIN system privilege is specific
  to DB2 version 10, therefore this problem occurs only when
  attempting connection to DB2 version 10 systems.
  

Problem conclusion

• File Manager DB2 component has been changed to correct the
  problem.
