ABEND0C4 abend in DGADTLS1+52E2 after SITA166I message. If C:D z/OS 5.1.1 is timed out by the Operating System after a SITA166I message, then instead of the normal ABEND322 there is an ABEND0C4 in DGADTLS1+52E2.
Local fix
STRRTC - 344300 RS / RS Circumvention: Run with TIME=1440.
