PM71226: Extracting data from DB2 and saving as a CSV file fails with ERRORCODE=-4476

Error description

• Abstract:
  
  Attempts to extract data from DB2 and save as CSV fails with
  ERRORCODE=-4476 when using IBM Rational Application Developer
  v8.5.
  
  Problem:
  
  When connecting to DB2 10.1 database (default SAMPLE database)
  from data perspective, and right click one of the table ? Data ?
  Extract ? save as csv, it will fail with error below.
  
  If connecting to same database from Rational Application
  Developer v8.0.4 and follow the same steps, the error doesn't
  occur and the data is saved as CSV as expected.

Local fix

Problem summary

• After connecting to a DB2 database in the Data Source Explorer.
  Right Click on the table > Data > Extract > Save as csv. This
  action will fail with "Method executeQuery cannot be used for
  update. ERRORCODE=-4476"
  

Problem conclusion

• In some cases the query used to read the table text from the
  catalog is not generated properly causing the query to fail.
  
  The fix for this APAR is included in Rational Application
  Developer v8.5.1.
