Error description
When deleting some sub types within a type tree, any group object that refers to those sub-types could potentially become truncated. Were you to drag in or copy, from another type tree, the same sub-types that were just deleted, the type tree would still be incomplete and analysis errors would occur.
Local fix
WTXCQ - WTX00041262 PB / PB Circumvention: Export the type tree, and delete the required sub-types from the resulting .MTS file, and then re-import.
