  • While recommending a baseline for the first time, The
    component baseline need to be added using the Add button in
    the 'Recommend baseline dialog for the first time a baseline
    is recommended. Once a baseline is recommended, next time
    onwards, a created baseline is a recommendation cadidate by
    default. This behaviour is similar to that of 'ClearCase
    Project Explorer'.
