    for read and write of volatile files like logs, temp files

Problem summary

  • Instructions for the configuration and temporary files
    directories don't indicate what sort of access is required.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Updated the ISPF panel help to indicate the access needed, and
    changed the example values to /etc/dmh and /var/dmh.
