  APAR Error Description:
  Abstract: The deadlock was observed when using SA in diagramming
  or as normal use. Then the deadlock  occurred.
  
  In the SQL event log, errors keep repeating is 'Lock an Entity
  record without encyclopedia lock. (1, 27)',11.4.1.1,425
  A database error has occurred: (708, 8501, 0, 378432, 1)

  Desc = Transaction (Process ID 86) was deadlocked on lock
  resources with another process and has been cho',11.4.1.1,425
  Problem: Each SA user experience deadlock three to four times a
  day after upgrade to SA 11.4.1.1425. Prior upgrade, deadlock was
  already happening once or twice a month. But after upgrade, the
  deadlock is happening 3 to 4 times a day for each user. There
  are at least three users simultaneously working on SA
  encyclopedia. When deadlock happens, SA client crashes.
