Error description

  • TM1 Private views disappearing using in spreadsheet browser
    (ISB)
    

Local fix

  • It appears that the issue is not the saving of the private views
    , but rather the updating or publishing of them from ISB. It sho
    uld be fine   for your users to save them initially, but if they
     want to change or update them, or publish them they should do s
    o from Server Explorer.  SO, to get around the issue, you could
    advise that the saving and publishing of views be done in Server
     Explorer, rather than via the ISB.   Then the user need only to
     click the ISB button in Excel and choose the new view they have
     created.
