Error description

• Need to filter out Elliptical Curve ciphers by default
  SSL Exceptions can happen if going to server running with a
  JSSE that does not support hello extensions in the SSL
  handshake.

  With the newer level of the JDK where the Elliptical Curve
  ciphers are showing up in the connections some servers will
  fail with SSL exceptions.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code was changed to filter out the Elliptical Curve ciphers by
  default.  User still have the option to add Elliptical Curve
  ciphers if they are desired.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.0.1. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
