PM70351: ON PORTAL 8 PORTLETS CANNOT BE MAXIMIZED ON SOME THEMES

Error description

• The PortletRenderTag does not handle maximized portlets
  correctly in WebSphere Portal 8. As a consequence for any
  theme that is using that tag - the maximization of a
  portlet - will not work: instead of displaying just the
  maximized portlet, all other portlets are displayed as
  well.
