• The CHIN starts looping through CSQXGETS at offset x'4C4'.
  The log is continously writing message:
  
  +CSQX068I MQB0 CSQXBPSG Channel initiator has scavenged 24 MB of
                 transmission buffers

  *                      CSQX068I may also be repeatedly issued. *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  During data conversion when the chinit determines that a buffer
  is too small to contain the output from a converted message, the
  buffer may be resized. Due to a failure to clear a variable it
  is possible that under some circumstances the resizing process
  will enter a loop.
  

Problem conclusion

• Processing has been amended to ensure that the resize logic will
  not loop incorrectly.
