Error description
The DSIB control block passed from IMS Connect should contain the datastore name. Instea, it contains the IMS XCF member name. Event 16, Datastore available is missing for the case where an IMS system leaves the XCF group and later rejoins the XCF group for an IMS Connect system that remained active while the IMS system was unavailable. The DSIB should be changed from the IMS XCF member name to the datastore ID name from the HWSCONFIG member.

The following parts have been modified to populate the new DSIB_DSID field with the datastore id name from the ID= parameter of the DATASTORE= statement in the IMS Connect configuration member.
