PM70116: MFS MODNAME NOT FORWARDED BY HWSSMPL1

Error description

• The HWSSMPL1 exit does not forward the MFS Modname (IRM_MODNAME)
  to the OTMA Prefix (OMHDRMAP) though the IRM at ARCH level x'03'
  supports an input IRM_MODNAME

  IMS Connect at IRM architecture level 3 supports providing an
  MFS MOD name in the IRM in field IRM_MODNAME. However, user
  message exits HWSSMPL0 and HWSSMPL1 do not propagate the MOD
  name from the IRM_MODNAME field to OMHDRMAP field of the OTMA
  prefix.
