Error description

• When importing most actual BIC data for instance,
  BIDELTA_20120707.TXT with dnprdu, the dnprdu dumped and ended
  with rc=137.
  

Local fix

• To set the XMX parameter in the dnprdu.sh to 512 MB.
  java -XmX512M
