PM69890: Imprecision in later digits of floating point numbers

Error description

• RTRT adds some garbage digits at the end of some floating point
  numbers
  in the .xrd file.
  
  Occurs with both Ada and C unit testing
  
  The problem starts after the digit that should be the last one
  for an
  Ada example, but for a C example the last digit is also wrong.
