Error description

The Plug-in does not connect to the application server if the
application server is set to use TLS1.1 or 1.2.
The plug-in gets the following error trying to open a connection
to an application server if the application server has been
defined to use TLS 1.1 or 1.2:
Failed in r_gsk_secure_soc_init: GSK_ERROR_SOCKET_CLOSED
(gsk rc = 420) .

Prior to this APAR, the maximum SSL protocol level supported by
the
Plug-In is TLS 1.0, but an application server may be configured
with
a higher minimum level (such as TLS1.1 or TLS1.2)

Problem conclusion

This change allows TLS 1.1 and 1.2 to be configured at the
webserver plugin in 8.0 and later on distributed platforms.

 - TLS 1.1 and 1.2 is not supported on zOS at this time.
 - Despite this APAR being listed in 7.0 fixpacks, 7.0 does
   not support TLs1.1 and TLS1.2 due to the use of GSKit V7.



The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 8.0.0.5 and 8.5.0.2.  Please refer to the
