• APAR Error Description:
  Abstract: Attempts to create JAXB classes using the 'JAXB
  classes' wizard results in a warning message stating libraries
  are missing
  Problem: After right clicking on your schema file and selecting
  'Generate ? JAXB classes', you see a warning that states:
  
  'The classpath for this project does not appear to contain the
  necessary libraries to proceed with class generation.  Please
  insure that a JAXB implementation is available on the
  classpath.'
  
  The 'Generate ? JAXB classes' wizard belongs to base Eclipse and
  requires additional libraries to be configured in the runtime to
  complete successfully.  When using RAD, you should use the
  'Generate ? Java' option when right clicking on your schema
  file. The RAD documentation needs to be updated to state this.
  
  Local fix:
  There is no known workaround at this time.
