  Abstract: No documentation exists explaining the 'JAXB classes'
  wizard warning message stating libraries are missing
  
  Problem: After right clicking on your schema file and selecting
  'Generate ? JAXB classes', you see the following warning:
  
  'The classpath for this project does not appear to contain the
  necessary libraries to proceed with class generation.  Please
  insure that a JAXB implementation is available on the
  classpath.'
  
  From within the Eclipse documentation, there is no explanation
  regarding this warning and how to resolve it.
  
  Local fix:
  There is no known workaround at this time.
