• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Currently a significant number of PTFs need to be applied to
  bring WSIM up to the current release level. This change
  amalgamates all of those changes into a single update. This
  will reduce the time needed to install WSIM because of multiple
  changes to single modules will now be one change.

• Install current list of PTFs.
