Error description
Program was compiled with OPT(FULL), so as expected, unreferenced data items were discarded. However, these items are still in the SYSDEBUG file and FA was processing them as normal. This is incorrect. FA should discard them as they have no storage and will cause incorrect mapping over the available base locators, resulting in the 'not accessible' note being seen.
