Error description

• Opening a requirement from a review using right-click -? Open in
  new Tab/Window results in the latest revision being opened,
  rather than the current revision contained within the review.

  Navigation of links from within a review has inconsistent
  behavior. The code that handles click vs. open link in new
  tab is different.? A click handler is added for clicking on
  the link.? For opening in a new tab, this uses the jazz
  ResourceLink.? In this instance, it was not passing along
  the revision URI as part of the information that should be
  used when creating the ResourceLink.
  

Problem conclusion

• The revision token is now included as part of the resource
  uri so that navigation will direct to the specific revision
  referenced by the review.
