Error description

• Windows Administrative shell Privileges are required for deploy
  CQ FTS when creating the new FTS WAS profile.
  
  Failure to first obtain appropriate privileges results in WAS
  profile deployment failure, then failure of the CQ FTSA tool.
  
  Error messaging from the tool does not indicate the cause of the
  failure.
  
  To obtain Windows Administrative rights, right-click on the
  Windows cmd prompt and select 'Run As Administrator'

  not setup with root or administrative privileges, the
  ClearQuest Full Text Search Administrator tool could fail
  while executing command without explanation as to why.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.0.5.
  
  ClearQuest Full Text Search Administrator tool now checks to
  make sure that the Unix shell or the Windows command prompt
  is started in root or administrative privilege, if not, it
  will report an error.
