PM67696: ABEND04E DSNOLDEL 5005 DURING BIND AFTER REORG OF SPT01 ALONG WITH OTHER PROBLEMS

Error description

• After REORG of SPT01, binds fail, because auxillary table
  spaces SYSSPUXB and SYSSPUXA are empty. This error is specific
  to reorg of spt01 with AUX YES and KEEPDICTIONARY for V10.

Problem summary

  User ran a REORG TABLESPACE AUX YES KEEPDICTIONARY on a
  compressed DSNDB01.SPT01 directory table space in V10 NFM.
  The REORG completed successfully, but subsequent bind jobs
  failed with ABEND04E DSNOLDEL ERQUAL5005 due to corrupted LOB
  data in DSNDB01.SYSSPUXA and DSNDB01.SYSSPUXB, which did not
  contain any LOB data at all.
  
  The reported problem is caused by an incorrect program logic
  error, where REORG AUX YES KEEPDICTIONARY on a compressed
  DSNDB01.SPT01 table space failed to populate the LOB table
  space correctly when it operated on data records with the
  incorrect compression attribute.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been modified to correct the aforementioned data
  corruption on a REORG AUX YES of DSNDB01.SPT01.
