PM67416: [wi 246855] Changing Work Item type when creating a work item does not change the details section

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When changing WI type from #1 to #2, save, then from the same
  web page, change the WI type back from #2 to #1, Web page will
  stay at loading.  See detail use case below:
  
  1. Open a defect WI, change defect to story type, click Save ??
  WI get saved successfully
  2. From the same web page, change story type back to defect, web
  page stay at loading.
  3. Press F5 to refresh the page, get prompted for: This page is
  asking you to confirm that you want to leave - data you have
  entered may not be saved ?? choose yes
  4. The existing defect WI is loaded again, now change the type
  to Story, all the story attributes get loaded.
  
  The above behavior is not restricted to changing from defect WI
  to story WI, I can also re-pro when changing from defect to
  task, and from task to story etc.  The loading message at step
  #2 should be improved so user would know a refresh is required.
