Error description
In AppScan Enterprise and Policy Tester 8.5, on upgrading from a prior releases, running a Content Scan Job under the new release will cause previously triaged (Closed/Noise) Issues to appear to be re-opened. This is due to a change in how requests are stored in the latest release, causing a new Issue ID to be generated for the reported finding rather than re-using the prior existing Issue ID.
