  • This Apar addresses miscellaneous problems with the loading
of the options module specified in the FMOPTMOD parameter.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Various issues when allocating and      *
*                      loading the data set and member         *
*                      specified in the FMOPTMOD parameter.    *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
****************************************************************
1. If the data set specified in the FMOPTMOD parameter cannot
be found, allocated or opened or has an invalid data set
organization then terminate the function.
2. Should only attempt to close the data set specified in the
FMOPTMOD parameter when it was successfully opened.
3. Issue an error message, when the load of the options module
fails.
