Description of problem:
After upgrading or installing IBM Rational Software Architect
for WebSphere Application software
8.0.4.1, the shortcut in the 'All Programs' start menu is under
a folder called: IBM Software Delivery Platform/
IBM Rational Software Architect for WebSphere Software 8.4.0.1
instead of IBM Software Delivery Platform/
IBM Rational Software Architect for WebSphere Software 8.0.4.1

Steps to reproduce
1. Install 8.0.4.1 directly with using a base offering
repository such as 8.0/8.0.1/8.0.2/8.0.3 or 8.0.4
or upgrade from a previous version such as 8.0/8.0.1/8.0.2/8.0.3
or 8.0.4.
Result:
The folder containing the shortcut to start the product is
created with the name: 'IBM Rational Software Architect for
WebSphere Software 8.4.0.1'
under the directory:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\IBM
Rational Software Architect for Websphere for windows Vista and
7
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\IBM
Software Delivery Platform  for Windows XP

Workaround
There is no known workaround at this time apart manually
modifying or relocating the shortcut to the correct 8.0.4.1
folder.
