Error description

• Error DescriptionÏ
  User has customized the batch job return codes in File Manager
  using the supplied customizable FMN0RETC module. In production
  batch this module accidentally got dropped due to a systems
  programming error, and the return codes returned to default,
  which in this case was CC=0000. This message was received:
  
  FMNBA608 LOAD OF MODULE FMN0RETC FAILED, ABEND CODE 00000306-12
  
  User expected a bad return code, and not the CC=0000 that they
  received for the File Manager batch job.

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *

  File Manager should complete with RC16 when it terminates for
  FMN0RETC load failure.
  

Problem conclusion

• File Manager has been updated to terminate with RC16 when
  FMN0RETC terminates with an authorization failure.
