  - System Architect/XT gives this error:
    ? 'Unknown error. (Unable to load DLL ''SAKeca.dll': The
  application has failed to start because its side-by-side
  configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log
  or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.

  - In The Event Viewer the following message could be found in
  both cases:
    'Activation context generation failed for 'C:\Program Files
  (x86)\IBM\Rational\System Architect Suite\SAXT\bin\SAKeca.dll'.
