APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Locate within a PDS in RSE view positions to the wrong member.
  One member name contains @ or ￵
  1) Right-click any PDS  'show in table'
  2) Table opens in 'remote system details'
  3) Now CRTL + L  and choose an unknown member name PUE -
  4) Wrong result from RSE. The top of the member list is wrongly
  highlighted and not the correct position.
  Expected was that the highlighted member would be PU￵ SUPAE -
  

Local fix

• Either don't use the "show in table" feature
  or upgrade to RD/z 8.0.3.2.
  

Problem summary

• When the Remote System Details view was opened, the locate
  action was handled by it first and then Remote Systems View was
  updated with incorrect location.
  

Problem conclusion

• The RDz client was fixed to handle the locate action in the
  Remote Systems view correctly.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for System z V7.6.2.4 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
