Error description

• When using the UCM CC/CQ integration on Windows XP OS (not
  Windows 7, Windows 2008 Server OSes), when selecting or
  switching between UCM activities in the ClearCase Project
  Explorer 'My Activities' view the following non-blocking error
  is received upon each selection change:
  IDispatch error#160
  Caught An Unhandled Exception At The OLE Call Boundary - File:
  \bugbert.src\cqole\oadsession.cpp Line: 1550
  Thread: 2084
  
  Unable to find user database 'SAMP', please check the name.
  
  Clicking OK to dismiss the error works.
  
  Impact:
  Viewed as a nuisance and confusion to end users.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.0.13 and 8.0.1.6.
  When using the UCM ClearCase/ClearQuest integration on Windows
  XP or Windows 2003,  selecting or switching between UCM
  activities now works fine.  There is no longer an error message
  in the ClearCase Project Explorer "My Activities" view.
