Error description

  • When the user reduce the size of the navigator (IE or Firefox),
    the picklist is overlaped by the navigator bar, you are not able
    to see all its elements because the  picklist scrollbar is
    missing.
    

Local fix

  • Do not resize the navigator's window to much
