Error description
When using RAA for System z, the customer clicks on a link in the web GUI to view the source of a COBOL program. Instead of being taken directly to a view of the source code (since they had already logged in to RAA), the user is presented with a popup asking for userid and password credentials.
Local fix
(re)enter userid and password and select OK button to continue to source code view.
Problem summary
When using Tivoli Access Manager for single sign-on, viewing source for a z/OS asset prompts for a z/OS userid and password.
Problem conclusion
The authentication mechanism was updated to allow a single z/OS userid and password to be provided.
