Error description

• ABENDU2551 abend in DMSMFREE when called after DMRTAMS RunTask
  was passed excessive sized parameters.  In this case, the PARMs
  to DMRTAMS included excessive trailing blanks
  

Local fix

• STRRTC - 319776

  Circumvention: Correct the Run Task syntax in the process.
  Possible work around is to code the process with double quotes
  instead of single quotes.  Single quotes are preserving
  blanks in the PARM values while double quotes allow
  extra blanks to be removed.  This reduces the size of the RT
  record and prevents the overlay.
