Error description

• Open a parent record and goes to tab where child records are
  displayed.
  Click on the child record and then choose modify and click the
  done -  the child record shown in the parent is updated.
  
  Click on the child record and then choose a utility to perform
  the same action - the child record shown in the parent is NOT
  updated.
  
  A 'refresh' is required for  the parent record to see the
  change.
