  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1. The customization assistance exec    *
  *                      FMNCSTCS;                               *
  *                      - references an unused data set         *
  *                      - does not prompt for FMNCICS data set  *
  *                      - does not include server wide          *
  *                      statements for the common server        *
  *                                                              *
  *                      2. The common server sample statements  *
  *                      member FMNSAMCS contains unnecessary    *
  *                      statements.                             *
  *                                                              *
  *                      3. The SAVEAS command from the editor   *
  *                      prompts twice for replace of a data     *
  *                      set and unnecessarily deletes existing  *
  *                      QSAM data sets. This is also preventing *
  *                      SAVEAS from the eclipse plugin.         *
  *                                                              *
  *                      4. File Manager does not use the        *
  *                      installation options module specified   *
  *                      in parmlib member FMNxPARM when         *
  *                      SAF_CTRL=NO is specified in this        *
  *                      member.                                 *
  *                                                              *
  *                      5. Function terminates abnormally with  *
  *                      abendS0C4 reason code 11 when the       *
  *                      installation options module specified   *
  *                      in parmlib member FMNxPARM does not     *
  *                      exist. The S0C4 abend occurs after the  *
  *                      message 'Data set xxxx not found' is    *
  *                      issued where xxxx is the data set name  *
  *                      specified in the parmlib member.        *

  *                      6. FM/IMS batch function issues message *
  *                      IKJ56246I 'FILE FMN1PRT2 NOT ALLOCATED, *
  *                      FILE IN USE' and terminates when an     *
  *                      FMN1PRT2 DD statement is included in    *
  *                      the JCL.                                *

  *                      7. FM batch function job does not       *
  *                      terminate with a nonzero return code    *
  *                      when the job is terminated due to       *
  *                      invalid FMOPTMOD parameter.             *

  1. The customization exec was incorrect.
  2. The sample member was incorrect.
  4. File Manager should use the installation options module
  specified in the FMOPTMOD parameter, irrespective of the
  SAF_CTRL setting.
  6. The problem occurs when the batch function uses a dynamic
  PSB. When a function uses a dynamic PSB, FM/IMS must assemble
  and bind the PSB. When an FMN1PRT2 DD statement is included in
  the JCL, the binder listing should be written to the data set
  specified in this DD statement.
  7. The nonzero return code is not being propogated when an
  error is found using the FMOPTMOD parameter.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. The customization exec FMNCSTCS has been improved.
  2. The sample member FMNSAMCS has been updated.
  3. The SAVEAS command has been corrected.
  4. File Manager has been modified to use the installation
  options module specified in the FMOPTMOD parameter when
  SAF_CTRL=NO and when SAF_CTRL=YES is specified.
  5. File Manager has been modified to stop the S0C4 abend
  occurring.
  6. FM/IMS has been modified to correct this problem.
  7. FM batch function job will terminate with a return code of 16
  when the job is terminated due to invalid FMOPTMOD parameter.
