PM64136: ReqPro saving requirement text change show blank annatote change window with word 2010 64 bit.

Error description

• This issue happens with MS word 2010 64 bit. Steps to reproduce:
  
  1. login ReqPro client on 64 bit  window with word 2010 64 bit
  2. open a document with existing requirement, or  create a new
  requirement and save the document change.
  3. change the requirement text, then click add-in save icon or
  close icon , notice the annotate pop up window show blank.

  Users of? Rational RequisitePro client for Windows (Rational
  RequisitePro) working on a 64 bit machine using Microsoft
  Word 64 bit versions.
  
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION :
  When saving a MS Word document or closing the document after
  editing a requirement located on the document the change
  description window is displayed to let user to introduce a
  reason for the changes on the requirement. This window is
  displayed no text due to a problem in the macros related to
  loading information from the string repository.
  

Problem conclusion

• Rational RequisitePro code has been updated to get
  information from the string repository when working on a 64
  bit machine using Microsoft Word 64 bit versions.
  The fix for this APAR was included in RequisitePro version
  7.1.2.8 and 7.1.3.4.
