Error description

• The CSLULGTP function (return output in STEM variable) went
  into a 100% CPU loop if the OM task is missing (stopped).
  The loop is in module CSLULFM1 SCANIT procedure, scanning the
  Response Buffer for XML Tags

Problem summary

  The IMS REXX SPOC API function CSLULGTP() - Retrieve command
  responses directly to REXX stem variables - goes into a loop
  if the OM task is missing because of a logic error in module
  CSLULFM1.
  
  CSLULFM1 calls an internal procedure within a loop.  When OM
  is missing the procedure returns with RC=8.
  
  In this situation CSLULFM1 does not set the required controls
  to exit the loop and begins looping forever.

  when a non-zero RC is received from internal procedure calls

• The fix for this APAR is BAD.  If you need to apply
  the fix for this APAR to resolve a problem, you must
  also apply the fix for APAR PM63746.
