Error description

• VERBX CSQWD701 'SUBSYS=xxxx,TT' can result in abend S878 RC10
  due to CSQWFMTC not releasing its working storage (x200 bytes).

  When formatting certain trace entries, the MQ dump formatter
  calls CSQWCNAM to get the name of the routine which wrote the
  trace entry. An error in CSQWCNAM resulted in the working
  storage obtained by this routine not being correctly freed,
  eventually exhausting the storage available to IPCS and
  resulting in the S878 abend.

  obtained when CSQWCNAM is called by the dump formatter.
